The Nor Cal Oaks assist the youth of our community in developing the qualities of discipline, goal setting, teamwork, & leadership.

THE NOR CAL OAKS BEST PRACTICES

1). We hold a firm belief that every aspiring athlete should have the chance to participate in sports, irrespective of their financial situation. As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, we are committed to providing baseball and softball opportunities to the children in our community.

2). Players & families will be required to sign contracts that clearly spell out expectations so that we are all on the same page before the start of each season. These contracts are attached.

3). The Nor Cal Oaks will strive to create a consistent coaching program at all levels. The foundation of our program will be based on the principles of positive coaching.

4). Protecting the safety of our players & families is of utmost importance. We continue to stay current with the Covid-19 health requirements & protocols of local health departments & other organizations.
