The Nor Cal Oaks assist the youth of our community in developing the qualities of discipline, goal setting, teamwork, & leadership.

THE NOR CAL OAKS BEST PRACTICES
1). We hold a firm belief that every aspiring athlete should have the chance to participate in sports. As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, we are committed to providing baseball and softball opportunities to the children in our community.
2). We believe communication is key and we make it a priority to keep open communication with players and families throughout a season. We also make sure to set out clear expectations so that coaches, players and families are all on the same page before the start of each season.
3). The Nor Cal Oaks will strive to create a consistent coaching program at all levels. The foundation of our program will be based on the principles of positive coaching.
4). Protecting the safety of our players & families is of utmost importance.

Every contribution we receive directly benefits our organization. Your generosity allows us to lower participation fees and provide necessary equipment to players in need. Our mission extends beyond the field – we aim to instill strong character and life skills in our young athletes within a fun and positive environment.
